Access or search our menu from the home screen and start adding your order items. Go to checkout to review your order, and when you are ready, pay for your order. We will deliver it to you fast!
If your order is still pending payment, you can cancel it within the Orders section of your account. Please see our refund policy for eligibility criteria for all refunds.
It is easy to track your order. Simply:
- sign in to your account
- go to the Orders screen
- select the order you would like to track
- tap the track status link
After sigining in to your account, you can update your name, email address, phone number, and delivery addresses from the account information screen.

At present, we only deliver to all areas of Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. We plan to expand our operations beyond these areas in the near future.
The Service fee that you see at checkout covers the cost of maintaining the platforms that enable us to operate our online ordering services. It is typically a small percentage of the sub-total price of your order. This can also include a small-order fee if your order is below the minimum order threshold. Don't worry, we regularly waive these fees either partially or fully.
The delivery fee that you pay for your order depends on the distance between our restaurant and your location, together with the total volume of your order. Generally, the closer the distance, the cheaper the cost. If your order is so much that it requires more than one delivery rider to bring the order to you, your delivery fee increases in order to cover the cost of using additional riders.
You can pay for your order through our payment service providers with credit or debit card, bank transfer, bank account, USSD, QR code, and wallet. No cash payments are available for online orders.
No, please only use the bank details presented to you during payment, if paying with bank transfer. Do not use any other bank details and do not save the details for later, as these are specifically generated for the order you are paying for at the point of payment.
Your order will remain pending payment until we receive the automated confirmation of your full payment from our payment service provider. Feel free to contact us as soon as you are aware of any issues with your payment.
We verify the identities of our delivery riders' identities before employing their services, so we know who they are. However, we encourage you to only use our website at obetodun.ng and available mobile apps to place and track your orders. The rider's name and phone number are provided to you on the status tracking page, in case you need to communicate with the rider about your order before they arrive.
